Happy Thursday onLIONers! We have teacher and staff confirmations that they currently have FULL access to systems and courses this morning. We are operating at FULL STEAM and do want you to view this as a full work day!
Again - your teachers, now that THEY can all get into the systems, will be adapting the plans for you as quickly as possible. Yesterday you may not have seen an updated plan if they couldn't get in, so if you're unsure of what to do then:
1. Read your Course Announcements.
2. Kmail your Teacher to ask! - We understand that your schedules have been disrupted and we'll work to help you readjust, but you ARE expected to be back working and your Teachers won't accept, "I didn't know what to do" as an excuse for not working starting today!
I know I've said this MANY times since Monday -
but the full Student, Family & Staff team at iQMN is the BEST!
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility!
1:10 p.m. - Due to continuing sporadic access issues, some teachers are still attempting to access their Class Connect sessions in order to record this week's information so that it will be available to you when you're able to access the recording links. If you ARE able to attend classes live that is fantastic, but please do not stress if you can't.
Students are able to access coursework in many cases as well, so please attempt to go to your classes and work as you are able - BUT PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT QUIZZES OR TESTS AT THIS TIME, as we do not want you to get kicked out of an assessment.
If you are not able to access courses, please continue to complete your Study Island lesson work, contact Homeroom Teachers for ILP conferences & complete Performance Series tests (if new or you haven't done these things yet).
AGAIN - TEACHERS WILL BE WORKING TO ADAPT THIS WEEK AND NEXT WEEK'S SCHEDULES TO ACCOUNT FOR THE MISSED TIME. YOU WILL NOT BE EXPECTED TO DOUBLE UP ON WORK, BUT WE WILL BE FLEXIBLE IN WORKING WITH YOU THE NEXT FEW WEEKS TO GET US ALL BACK ON TRACK TOGETHER.
10:54 - k12 acknowledged reports of issues, and access troubles seem to be sporadic. I am now able to access the system so this is not a full shut down and we do still recommend that you try to get in to work. Thank you!
Wednesday at 10:00 we started getting reports of access issues. We're suggesting that everyone clear's their cache and restarts their computers. We have not yet received an official update, but I am submitting the issue to k12 and we're doing the following:
1. Checking in multiple browsers every 10 min. or so until access is restored.
2. Moving forward with the day as planned and assuming we'll regain access.
If we receive official word that there is a bigger issue or continuing problems from Mon/Tuesday's issue, we will update you as soon as possible. Thank you and HANG IN THERE!
